SnowForceClub was founded by six snowboarders who shared more than friendship — they shared a belief that snow sports could change lives.
What began as a small circle of mountain lovers has grown into one of North America’s fastest-growing Asian snow communities.

Co-Founder | Program Development
An experienced snowboarder and long-time mountain enthusiast, Charles leads curriculum design and rider progression initiatives. His focus on inclusive programming ensures accessibility for beginners while maintaining advanced development pathways for experienced athletes.
Nels Cai
Co-Founder | Strategy & Partnerships
Nels oversees long-term growth strategy, sponsorship development, brand collaborations, and expansion planning. With a strong entrepreneurial and operational background, Nels has positioned SnowForceClub as a scalable community platform bridging lifestyle, sport, and commercial partnerships.
Sunny Tang
Director of Operations & Member Experience
Sunny manages member services, onboarding systems, and large-scale event coordination. From 20-person holiday trips to 150+ rider activations, Sunny ensures seamless execution and high retention across all programs.
Will Su
Community Engagement Lead
Will spearheads member engagement initiatives, social programming, and experiential events. His work transforms SnowForceClub from a trip-based organization into a long-term lifestyle network.
Ping Wang
Trip & Logistics Director
Ping oversees travel planning, accommodation strategy, transportation coordination, and on-mountain logistics. His operational discipline ensures safe, efficient, and memorable group experiences.
Miracle Shang
Technical Director | Snow Education
With a competitive snowboarding background, Miracle leads structured skill progression programs and technical development tracks. His involvement elevates coaching standards and athlete training initiatives within the club.

- Weekly Group Trips: Organized trips to premier snow resorts including Mammoth, Tahoe, Aspen, Big Bear and Salt Lake City.Open to all skill levels, our trips provide structured guidance, peer support, and a safe, energetic group environment.
- Monthly Training Sessions: Free community-based training sessions focused on edge control, carving progression, park fundamentals, and confidence building.Designed to create consistent growth for riders across all levels.
