Privacy Notice

How SnowForce handles member and event information.

Last updated: August 4, 2026

1. Scope

This Privacy Notice explains how SnowForce handles personal information when you use our website, create a member account, register for an event, communicate with us, or attend a SnowForce activity.

2. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, phone number, rider profile, emergency-contact details, registration answers, payment-related event records, and messages. We also collect account and security information needed to sign in and operate the service, plus basic technical information such as browser and device data that is generated when you use the site.

3. How we use information

We use information to create and secure member accounts; process and manage event registrations and payments; coordinate activities; answer questions; send service-related messages; prevent fraud or misuse; meet applicable legal obligations; and improve SnowForce. We use emergency-contact details only when reasonably necessary to support participant safety or respond to an emergency.

4. Marketing email choices

New members are subscribed by default to SnowForce news, offers, and event marketing emails. You can turn off marketing emails at any time in Member Center > Privacy & communications. This does not stop essential account, registration, payment, safety, or policy messages.

5. Event photos and videos

This Privacy Notice includes permission for SnowForce to use photos or videos taken at events on our social-media channels. By accepting this Privacy Notice, you also accept this event-media permission. It is a condition of SnowForce membership, account creation, sign-in, and event registration. If you have a specific safety or privacy concern about published event media, contact us and include enough detail for us to locate the material.

6. When information is shared

We share information only as needed to run SnowForce: with service providers that support website hosting, authentication, payment processing, email delivery, and other operational services; with event staff who need information to coordinate an activity; when required by law or to protect people, rights, property, or safety; or as part of a business transfer. We do not sell personal information.

7. Retention and security

We keep personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including operating accounts and events, resolving disputes, meeting legal obligations, and maintaining records. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no internet service or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

8. Your privacy requests

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or information about our handling of your personal information. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before responding and may keep information where the law allows or requires us to do so.

9. Children and international processing

SnowForce is not directed to children under 16. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate authorization, contact us. SnowForce and our service providers may process information in the United States and other locations where they operate.

10. Updates and contact

We may update this Privacy Notice as SnowForce or applicable requirements change. The current version will be posted on this page. For privacy questions or requests, email snowforceclub@gmail.com or contact us through the SnowForce channels listed on our website.
